REWARD FOR HARDWORK

Sharing my experience with you all and I hope you all enjoy this.

When I clarified through other staffs in my department, I heard the shocking news that my colleague come friend was eliminated by the manager. I clarified both manager and my friend. According to the elimination of my friend from my manager perspective is false reasons introducing to vijayan. But in my view that vijayan is a hard work person and not wasting any time while working in a company. According to the elimination of him “he just advice the manger about his wrong administration to the Managing Director. This is a main reason that vijayan got eliminated.

However vijayan is called by a company MD and discussed about the elimination with his manager. Finally vijayan got eliminated from his position and appointed as a one more manager of this company.

This is my experience on my life this happen seven years before. From this experience I will learn the “Hard work never fails and it will gives reward” to my friend and to all. I also am becoming a senior leader of my department. So I personally say that “do your work and not comparing your work with money”. Do Hard work and earn reward, the reward with gives up you a money everything... etc.
