Sadness can be called as some type of feeling or some type of emotion. Sadness is some what opposite of feeling happy. The feeling of sadness is completly different from feeling of happiness.All the human beings experience this type of feeling many times in their life. All people will like avoding sadness but some times it cant be avoided. It is some what a part of life.There may be various reasons for feeling sadness . The reasons may vary from being lonely in life, some bad happening in life,frustation in love, humiliation by some one, getting fail to achieve something . There are many things which when happens in life people feel sad. There may not be any particular reason but then also one may feel sad. Sadness may also result due to environment in which he is living in .when an individual feels sadness the world may seem full of darkness to him.
Small things may also lead to sadness. Loss in some game against best friends or saying good bye to a friend may also lead to sadness. Some times a strange behaviour in a particular situation may be compared to sadness. It may not be feeling of sadness it can be just a situational behaviour. Sadness for long period of time leads to depression . When a person is in depression he may do different behavioural things like crying, laughing without any reason etc. Sadness thus can some times be very harmful to a individual. There has been a lot of cases where people have tried to commit suicides due to their feeling of sadness. Sadness may seem just a small thing but if not controlled it thus causes harm to an individual's life.
A person can be called sad when he shows certain symptoms like low mood, lack of sleep, lack of happiness, fatigue, decreased energy,headaches, not able to concentrate in any thing etc. Sadness may be very less but as time passes it may keep on increasing in an individual if no proper action or care is taken. Sometimes it is not easy to cope up with sadness. People say that one should come out with the sadness in any form like crying or shouting at some one. Some have the opinion that if sadness needs to be over come then one needs to remove it out in some way. People feel relief after crying or shouting at some one when they are feeling sad. Sadness can be removed also by using other ways which makes one happy or change his mood. One may get relieved from sadness by meeting some one he loves, by listening to music, by visiting particular place , anything which changes the emotional feeling.
Sadness may some what spread from the people you meet .As happiness spreads among the people sadness also. This is experienced many times.If some one in the family is feeling sad than others also may feel the same. That is why it may be said that try to avoid the people who always remain sad. Such people who always stay said should be given emotional support and encouragement to forget the past things in life and to again start life in a new way.
Sadness may result from some changes in life or due to the challenges faced. Such things may be stressful for someone but they are required for the growth of an individual and to know life more properly.Sadness may only be for a few days and one should learn to fight against the situation of sadness and overcome it.
