Farmer is hard worker
It is Green field good crop. Farmer is owner of this field. He is thinking always how to grow more. Not only he is thinking but also he is doing work day and night in the field. Bulks are his friends.
Field work is hard work. It is farmer work. He grows crop. For that he works from morning till evening in his fields. He gets up before down, works till sunset in the fields, and goes to bed when night falls. His wife and children also help him a lot in his work. He lives with great difficulty even when there are good crops, but if the crops fail, great troubles come upon him.
The Indian farmer is simple is a simple, contented man. His wants are few and his only wealth is his land. If his harvest is good, he rejoices. But if there is no rainfall and his crops fail, he runs into debt and leads a miserable life.
He works in rain and he works in sun heat. The farmer is very hard-working and patient under troubles. He lives in a very humble cottage and sleeps on the mud floor. He hardly ever gets good clothes to wear and good food to eat.
His work keeps him busy the whole year. When first rains have fallen, he plugs his fields and plants paddy, groundnut, sunflower, and cotton for the autumn harvest. When these crops are ready, he cuts them. Then he clears the ground, plugs the land once again, and sows wheat for the spring harvest. He reaps it in March and April. It is only the monsoon break in the month of July that he has again a busy time.
No one can deny that the peasant forms the backbone of a nation. He grows food for the whole country.
Man takes treatment for illness, as same as needs treatment for plants.
Precautions to be taken while spraying or dusting:-
1) The chemicals used for spraying or dusting are poisonous. Therefore the farmer should not allow these chemicals to come in contract with his body. He should also taken care he does not inhale them.
2) The empty containers of these chemicals should not be used in the house. Instead they should be buried in the soil.
3) The hands and legs should be covered with gloves and the eyes should be protected with safety glasses.
4) The farmer should take soap bath after spraying the chemical. He should see that drinking water and food stuffs are not near the place of spraying.
5) Spraying is done along the wind direction.
6) After spraying is done all the parts should be cleaned.
What do farmers use spray different types of chemicals? Dusters and sprays are used for spraying chemicals like fungicides, insecticides and pesticides. Depending upon way sprayers are used, they can be divided into 3 types.
1) hand operated
2) power operated
3) dropped by an airplane
The pesticide power can be directly applied to the plants using a duster and this process is known as dusting. The piston moves, when the handle is moved up and down. The pesticide from the duster chamber is pushed out through the tube, present near the chamber. In this way the pesticide is sprinkled on the crop.
The chemicals in liquid form are sprayed with help of a sprayer and this process is known as spraying. The 3 different kinds of sprayers are-
A) Hand operated
B) Bucket sprayer and
C) Knap sack sprayer
Knap sack sprayer-A plastic tank, handle, nozzle and lever are the different parts of this sprayer.

a) Plastic tank: the liquid pesticide is filled in it.
b) Handle and nozzle: the pesticide is forced out of the nozzle when the handle is moved up and down.
c) Lever: it regulates the volume and spread of the spray.
d) Belts are used to tie the tank to the back of the farmer who is spraying the chemicals.
