There are many rich and poor countries in this world. Some are termed as developing nations. The difference between the poor and the rich countries is not their age.
India and Egypt are older than 2000-5000 years, but are not rich. Canada, Australia and New Zealand were not at all important nations 150 years ago. But today they are developed and rich.
Even the availability of the natural resources in a country does not make them rich.
Japan got very less territory, 3/4th is mountainous, not suitable for agriculture, animal husbandry, but today Japan is the second rich economy after USA.
The reason, Japan just import the raw materials from the whole world and export the manufactured products out of them all over the world. Japan got destroyed during world war, and India got looted by many foreign invaders. But see how Japan got recovered from this loss.
Switzerland does not have cocoa plants, but can produce the best chocolate of the world. In that little nation they raise animals for 4 months and plant the soil for 4 months in a year, and produce dairy products of the best quality.
We observe that, there is no significant intellectual difference between the people from rich and poor, race or skin color.
Many times immigrants labeled as lazy in their own countries, become the strong productive force in rich European countries.
What is the difference then and where are the faults, which make some countries poor in this world?
ATTITUDE of the people, framed along the years by the education and the culture is what makes the difference.
In rich & developed countries, majority of their people are united and follow certain principles in their life such as…….
Punctuality, Responsibility, Integrity, Work loving, Respect towards the laws and rules of the land, Respect to the rights of every other citizens, and most importantly follow some basic ethics. Their national interest always becomes the first priority for them rather than any of their personal beliefs and sentiments.
In poor countries only few people follow the above basics in their daily life.
Therefore, any nation will not be poor because it lacks natural resources or because nature was cruel to it. It is poor because their people lack the right attitude. They lack the will power to compete with, and learn from the rich & developed societies. Not even bothered to vote and/or select and elect the right candidates as their representatives to drive their nation in a right way.
