DON’T LET YOUR JOB BECOME YOUR TENSION

 

 

 

In the present age, every office is having increased work load. Though there are more opportunities, the result is break down , both physical and mental , and a lot of tension.

So, to prevent it, it is necessary to take a break and go to vacations . Apart from this, there are some way’s to keep your self fresh while at work. Try then once and you will find yourself a lot fresher.

  • Take small rest of 5 to 10 minutes in middle of your work and walk out in the sun for some time. Doctor’s say that the vitamin D from sun rays raise the serotonin

level in blood and it is good for a good sleep.

  • If your office is on upper storeyes of a multi-storeyed building, try to use staircase nstead of lifts.this will increase your stamina besides  getting your whole body worked out.
  • In case of mental slow down, solve puzzles or sudoku. This will relax your brain. It might seem to be opposing but trying it, you will benefit.
  • While working, read your favourite book amidst your work. This will refresh your mood.
  • You can take aid from aromatherapy too. Always keep a living plant in your office.
