The one way of reducing intake of sodium will be reducing the amount of salt in your food. One must also avoid other food like cheese, potato chips ,bread etc that contain large amount of sodium.
4. Do regular exercising - Exercising should be done daily to reduce the blood pressure level . Exercising not only helps in reducing the blood pressure level but it is useful for the overall health.
