Aloo ka paratha is very tasty to eat. Its mostly taken as breakfast or some people also take it on lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
Potatoes (aloo)
Green Chilli
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil/ butter
Wheat flour (Atta)
Red Chilli powder acccording to spice required
Water
Method
For what is to be filled .
First boil the potatoes in water for 10 to 15 minutes according to the quantity of potatoes used. After sometime take out the skin of the potatoes and mash them . Add salt, coriander leaves, green chilli , red chilli powder to mashed potatoes and mix it properly.
For wheat flour.
Add salt and water to wheat flour and make dough from it then make small size balls from it.Now make rolls like puris from the balls then add the potato mixture in it and then again roll it in the shape of paratha.
Now cook it on tava with oil until it becomes brown. Butter can be applied to the hot paratha and aloo ka paratha gets ready
Aloo ka paratha can be served with curd or pickles or chutney or papad. Some people also like eating it without having anything with it.
