Ingredients:
Water - 3/4 Cup
Butter Milk - 1/4Cup
Chana Flour - 1Cup
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Table Spoon
Green Chili - 5
Salt - According to taste
Coriander - Garnishing
Curry Leaves - Few stems
Sesame seeds - 1 Spoon
Oil - 2 Table Spoons
Preparation Time - 10 minutes
Cooking Time - 20 minutes
Preparation -
1. Take a bowl.
2. Add Butter Milk and Water in it.
3. Now milk them finely.
4. Then add chanaflour and salt according to your taste.
5. Now Mix them finely, so that they does not stagnate inside the mixture.
6. Now let this mixture get cooked for some time that is until it becomes thicker.
7. Now take a plate apply oil to it.
8. Now pour this mixture in this plate in which we applied oil and freeze it for some time.
9. Now this mixture forms into layers.
10. Now cut these layers vertically and roll them.
11. Take these rolls into a plate.
12. Now place a wide bowl on stove.
13. Add oil, Mustard seeds, Green Chili, Salt, Coriander, Curry Leaves and Sesame seeds.
14. Fry all these ingredients and sprinkle on the rolls which we prepared just now.
15. Now Garnish them with the coriander leaves
Therefore, Khandvi is ready.
