The ingredients for Ginger Cauliflower

1. Chicken (without bone)-1/2 kg

2. Maida         - 2 handfuls

3. Corn flour   -1 handful

4. Rice flour    -1/2 hand

5. Ginger          -100gm

6. Garlic           - 25gm

7. Sugar           -1 tsp

8. Kessari color powder (red)-1tsp

9. Soya sauce     - 2 tsp

10. Tomato sauce - 2tsp

11. White / black pepper powder - 1tsp

12. Aji-no-motto   - 1 pinch

13. Big Onion              - 1 handful (cut into small)

!4. Dry red chilli paste- 2 tsp

15. Salt to taste

16. Oil required

17. Spring onion   - few

18. Egg         -1

 

Method:-

* Grind ginger and garlic into fine paste.

* Take a vessel add Maida, corn flour, rice flour, egg, ½ tsp sugar, pinch of Aji-no-motto, 1tsp Soya sauce, little pepper powder and little salt mix it well, then add the chicken to the mixture, then let it marinate for 1 hour..

* Keep a frying pan and pour oil and put chicken in it and deep fry.

* Then keep a pan and pour few drops of oil add onion, ginger-garlic paste sauté it well till its green smell disappear, then add red chilli paste, 1tsp Soya sauce, a pinch of Aji- no-motto, 2tsp tomato sauce, color powder, spring onion, little salt, ½ tsp sugar, 1 tsp pepper powder and sauté it nicely and add the fried chicken in it and little water. For thick gravy add 2tsp of corn flour with water. After getting thick gravy turn off the flame. Garnish with little spring onion.

 

This is nice combination with Yogurt Rice, Briyani and Chapatti.
