Ingredients
Cauliflower – 1/4 Kg.
Potato – one (medium size)
Green peas - 100 gm
Carrots - 2
Onion – one (medium size)
Tomato – 1
Ginger, Garlic, Green chili paste – 1 spoon
Dry coconut paste – 2 spoons
Garam Masala – 1 spoon
Coriander leaves – 3 spoons
Cumin seeds (jeera) - 1 teaspoon
Bay leaf (Tamal Patra) – 2 leaves crushed
Salt – To taste
Oil – 3 tablespoon
Making time - 30 minutes.
Serves – 4 people
Preparation –
1. Cut Cauliflower into small pieces and wash it.
2. Cut carrots, potato into small cubes.
3. Chop tomato and onion.
4. Heat some oil in Kadai.
5. Add cumin seeds and Bay leaves then add onion, tomato and mix well till tomato leaves some oil. Then adds Ginger, Garlic, Green chili paste and stir it for 1 minute.
6. Add all washed vegetables. Add garam masala, groundnut powder, salt.
7. After that pour a little water into kadai; mix well and continue cooking till vegetables are completely cooked.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
9. Eat with chapati,bhakari,poori,fulka and rice also.
This is a spicy dish. Good for children to eat lots of vegetables one time. This is a really mouth watering dish.
