Types of milkshakes
Creamy Milkshake
Serves = 4
Preparation time = 10 to 12 minutes
Ingredients:
Milk - 500 ml
Sugar - 5 tbsp
Icecream - Any choice of Icecream (Vanilla, cho
colate ,strawberry , kesar pista ,litchi ,etc)
Milkmaid- 3 Tbsp.
Method :
In the mixer add the milk , 6 to 8 scoopes of Icecream and the sugar.
Add milkmaid to it .
Beat all the things well in the mixer so the mixture is smooth and frothy.
Serve it with crushed ice or as desired.
serve chilled.
Note:
Sugar and Icecream can be added to the desired sweetness and the thickness
of the Icecream Milkshake.
Tips :
You can top it with nuts like almands, pistachios , cashew etc.
Apple litchi milkshake
Serves = 4
Preparation time = 12 minutes
Ingredients:
2 peeled and chopped apple
4 glass milk
8 tbsp sugar
5 to 6 litchi
4 scoop litchi icecream
Method:
Run apple,litchi, milk, icecream and sugar in mixer, till apple and litchi are crushed completely.
Chill the Shake.
Pour into glass, from a height; so froth forms.
Top it with pieces of apple , litchi and icecream .
Serve chilled.
Note:
An apple a day keeps a doctor away.
Custard apple thick shake
Serves = 6
preparation time = 12 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cup fresh custard apple pulp
1 ltr chilled milk
6 tbsp sugar ( Add more as per the taste )
6 scoops vanilla icecream
Method:
Keep aside 4 tbsp. pulp for topping.
Powder the sugar.
Mix sugar and milk in mixer till well dissolved and frothy.
Add pulp and icecream and blend it till thick and frothy.
Pour into the glasses, top with a small portion of pulp and scoops of icecream
Serve chilled.
Tips :
Serve in stem glass to make it look more attractive.
Yummy strawberry milk shake
Serve = 6
Preparation time = 12 minutes
Ingredients:
250 gms fresh Strawberries
1 litre fresh Milk
6 Tbsp sugar ( add more as per taste )
6 scoops strawberry Ice Cream
Mint leaves for garnishing
Method :
Wash the strawberries and chop it finely.
In a mixer put the stawberries, sugar and 1 cup of milk. Blend it to a smooth mixture.
Add the rest of the milk and blend it once again.
Strain it in a bowl. Chill the mixture for about 2 hours.
Serve it in tall glasses with a scoop of strawberry ice-cream.
Finally garnish it with chopped strawberries and mint leaves.
Note :
You can also top it whipped cream.
