Paneer and Cheese dishes are very popular all over the world. Please try following recipe. I am 100% sure. Ingredients for Cheese Ball 200 gm paneer 200 gm maida 50 gm cheese 1 tsp black peper powder 1 tbsp chopped corianderleaves 1 green chill(in small pieces) 1/2 tsp soda 1tbsp milk oil for fry Ingredients for curry 2 tsp khas-khas 6 Cashnew Nuts (Kaju) 2 Almonds (Badam) 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp kasmiri chilly powder 4 big boil tomato paste 1 glass milk 1 tsp Garam Masala 1/4 tsp Chilly powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp Ghee(oil) Method 1. Soak the khaskhas, cashnew nuts and almonds in 1 tbs milk for 1 hour and then make paste. 2. Take paneer, cheese and mash nicely and add coriander leaves, soda, little salt, pepper powder, green chilly and maida. 3. Mix all items well. then make small ball (add some water if it is needed) . 4. Fry deep the ball (till golden brown). 5. Heat ghee or oil. Reduce flame . 6. Put jeera and all dry masala and fry. 7. Add kashkash paste, fry well. 8. Add tomato paste fry till water dries. 9. Add milk & water, salt boil. 10. Put ball & boil 2 minutes. 11. Add coriander leaves. 12. Now its time to serve hot with rice or chapati. NOTE: Be careful about the quantity. Don't have confusion in tsp and tbsp. tsp = Teaspoon (Capacity is about 5 ml) tbsp = Tablespoon (Capacity is about 15 ml) *********** HAPPY COOKING ************
