Healthy food
Yes, healthy food choosing is became a healthy matter for a healthier life. Today as we see that our physical and mental life is becoming weaker and weaker. In fact, I was feeling very weakness because I was eating the food that was not suitable for our health. According to the actual meaning of health:- health is the absence of diseases. In other words we can say that a person having no any mental and physical diseases in a healthier life. A healthy person does not quarrel with itself. He has a balance between its private and social life in the society. He gives proper concentration on its family. And for all these happy and prosperous life, we must be a healthy person. To be a part of healthy community we must have diet of healthy food in each time when we eat for a healthy body and mind.
It is also true that a healthy body resides a healthy mind. At first, when we start our day with breakfast, should be a healthy and a perfect diet. Daily removal of our bowel is also very important. Our breakfast should have fresh fruits or some fresh green vegetable. Fresh fruits include papaya, banana, apple, watermelon, orange, pomegrate, black berry and vegetable includes cucumber, carrot, tomatoes. These fresh and juicy foods make our stomach energetic to digest the whole day food that we are going to take, properly. These foods are like the nectar of the gods, ambrosia in this computer age. In absence of fresh and juicy foods, we used to eat chapatti, dosa, idly and some oily dishes.
These all foods make gases in our stomach and we suffer from diseases like deadly gastric diseases. Too much high and high carbohydrate food should also be avoided. These types of food create diseases like fatness, obesity. The high eating of food which has a high sugar in it creates diseases like diabetes. The taking of a highly sugar food too much should be avoided from the beginning as it is the main cause of various diseases. So it should be take care. The packed food like biscuits, chips, cold drinks, should be avoided instead of these foods homemade food items should be taken. Chocolate should also be avoided. These foods creates anxiety, angriness, lack of concentration as a results, the peace of mind is gone. We begins to behave like animal, we become violent. So for a healthy life, the healthy food appetite is very necessary.
