when I saw her,

I found a freedom I had never known,

there was this paradise in her eyes,

my soul was set at peace,

it grew wings and flew into a morning sky

I began to bloom, like the smile of the spring

when she first came,

by my voice was caught by wonder,

so those three words, eluded my lips

in an unfathomable shyness,

they just trembled with wonder

at the princess at had found,

standing right before me.
