Gone are those days when after completing the graduation, people used to set out hunting for their choicest jobs. If you watch old movies then you will get an idea how companies used to have walk-in interviews for recruiting employees. But now the scenario has changed a lot. Due to enormous amount of competition in the market, the companies choose to hire the best of all talent. Campus placements have become the most common trend among all the best companies. Infosys for example hires more than 90% of its staff through campus placements. So if you are dreaming of getting into a good company, gear up for the face off! Start early because the road is not so easy. Every year lakhs of students complete their graduation but very few end up in companies like Infosys, Wipro etc due to lack of preparation.
