RTI stands for Right To Information and is a fundamental right under Article 19(1) of the Constitution. Under this article its mentioned that every citizen has every freedom raise the flag against any act of government(there are few limits) and have the right to know how the government system works, what role does that work play in the system and its constitutes, what are their functions and requirements and many things to need to know.
There are some restrictions as you have NO right interfere in the systems like our countries security functions.
