I think yes we can day dream in night. Day dream is not dreaming in Day time, its just that simply sitting and dreaming about something. So its surely possible.

Yes. Day dream is not exactly dream in day. This is dream while awake. So, if you are not sleeping during night and fantasizing, this is day dream.
