Yes I am really mad guy when I am in temper I wont care any one at that time.
Then you must start doing some meditation so that you could control your anger. :)
you can also control your anger by doing things what you like.
one should not keep his her anger inside as it will lead to blood pressure problems.so shout it out or take it out but not by shouting on people but you can do it by other ways like beat your pillow,tear waste pages,or go on to roof and shout louder etc.
