China is developing a long range rocket with electromagnetic propulsion which can fly over the Himalayas and hit in central India. This is first time that China has said that it is developing rocket keeping India in mind. According to the No First Use policy of India, it can use nuclear weapons only if the opponent country uses chemical or biological weapons but it doesn't consider the weapons of mass destruction. It is high time that India should review it's No First Use policy so as to protect its people against external threats. In case India even updates it's policy, it is sure to attract criticism from Congress and countries such as USA. What is your opinion in this?

It is high time India should renew it's policy before it is too late. Just like Indian constitution was amended several times, with time.
