The Maharashtra government has declared a special public holiday for Mumbai on Saturday when India and Sri Lanka play the cricket World Cup final at Wankhede Stadium.

"A special public holiday has been declared for Mumbai city on April 2 (Saturday) under the Negotiable Instruments Act," an official said.

That has to be as it is world cup final on that day. Every indian must be desperately waiting for the match to begin.
That is a good act.Else there also there will not be anyone in office and schools.

Yes since Government has declared a holiday even the exams tomorrow has been postponed... hope to experience a win tomorrow...
It should have been declared as a national holiday. It doesn't affect much spectators as it is Saturday.
