India's rise as a power in IT is because of its youth power. Today's youth are better informed, more focused and go getters compared to earlier generations. The elders compare their life with today's youth and pass erroneous judgments rather than accepting change. Corruption in the world has existed at least from the time of Mahabharta and Chankya and youth are not afraid of it.It is time elders gave way and stopped from being patronising all the time
