    Yes, many organization who belief in humanity has such after death schemes for the employee.
    Generally, limited to ones who served more than 5 or 10 years & depends on the family's fiancial condition.

    Nowadays most organizations have many perks and retirement and other benefits ... Besides family pension, gratuity,medical benefits and education and job facilities for children in the same organisation is also part of the deal...
