Yes, reading is a great thing. the concept of reading decreases our stress while preparing for exams. Reading gives a great knowledge to us and relax our mind

Obviously only those interested in reading and writing are on the site. So, it is no use reiterating that any one of us is interested in reading. However, Rambabu has done well to point out benefits of reading. This is good for mental alertness. But too much of reading can also affect eye sight and shift us from world of reality to dream world of books.
We need also be conscious of the stuff that we read. Bad stuff, pornography- too much of this-, superstion promoting books will rather sicken our brain.

Yes reading is very important. All people don't have good reading quality. I agree that reading is also important for our health.
