Why people give preference to skin colour?

Boys are the one, who gives more preferences to skin. This should be stopped.

But why they do it is still un understable for me.I never gave importance to color during marriage. :blink:

I think parents are responsible for it. From the very beginning they say to son, that the i will bring bride for you, which will be white in color. Savli ya kali nahi chale gi

Our films have direct influence on people. When we see our stars in fair, stylish manner, we common people also desire so....to get life partners fair. It's common. But it's not advisable at all.

We should agree...this film and fashion world gives false impulses on common people...to just see the external beauty.....nothing else

Skin is okay but brain is more important, a brainy one is far better than fair skinned beauty with nothing in her head.

we should not show difference by the color complexion of the person. According to the situation we should prefer. For getting married people want to marry the person who is beautiful so especially fair person. if anyone looking for taking movie or ad then they prefer while color complexion person. but we should not see the color difference in remaining relations like father, mother, syblings and especially friends.

God made only three colors brown, black and white and decided to allot it to people according to their origin. Man does not decide about, which color he wants for himself. So nothing to worry.

Everyone loves beauty and most of us have the false belief that beauty lies in skin colour.
In the case of arranged marriages, decision is taken only on the basis of external features as they little know each other within a few minutes. there lies the problem :evil:

What i think is that our Society has made this Culture, to see the Girl in White color.

I cannot imagine any Indian living any where in India can even think so. This is not good on our parts to think that way. Color is gift of God.
