    Doctor always prescrib to open lenses before going to bed. This is foolishness.

    i was very tired and dint know when i slept..and i agree its foolishness and one should never try it.

    However there are many reasons as in sleep we may not know what happen and if the contact lens breaks or sometime due to rupture eyeball get damage. So, try to avoid that situation next time @DEVEN

    i does not use the contact lenses so i have no idea about this topic.
