Because you write less number of characters in the reply sometimes. Check FAQ setion there is a rule one has to write minimum number of words to get 3 points for a response. :)
I know that but after following the rules and replying in the minimum characters buts still sometimes I don't get points....I think its a technical fault....and thanks for reply
