It has been found that there is more activity in the Forum section than anywhere else on the site. For keeping the other sections as active as the forum section, can we have a new point system i.e. 5 points on answering a question or 3 points on asking a question. It will surely help that section and active participation from the members.

Fantastic idea Pinakin and I too expect the same. Initially the participation was more in that section as some award for there for best answers, where the top selected best answerer was choosen. But I think most of the people are not selecting any best answer to decide that so maybe it is stopped now.
Sasikanthji, the participation will not lessen in forums as Q n A needs to be given depending on research and special topics. As such the activation may be less as compared to Forum, where you can discussion on any topic giving your normal answers. In fact, more activation in Q n A will help forum members to get more points on both the sections. It will result in more points as well as more traffic for Boddunan.
Good suggestion by Pinakin and not to forget the question answer section is a very important section of any site. I think if points could not be increased then at least it could be made instant as it was before. The best answers could be given more points. If boddunan does so then surely it will help the Q/A section the second most happening site after the forum...!
Friends few days ago, I have answered a question in Q & A section. I received no points. That's why I am least interested in this section. If admin do some changes as what is mentioned by Pinaki, I will start participating in this section also. It will be even better if they offer award for that section also.
