How to fill the communication gap in an organisation?

Communication gap can be filled only by devising means for communicating. A reporting system and periodical meetings should be arranged to discuss important matters.

Have to make review meeting every month and if you are a leader of the organization just ask all your staffs with question of what are all the problem here you are facing most.. This way they feel good to explain and then communicate well in other official matters.....
There are different communcational channels in an organization and appropriate communcation network is established to attain the objective of ensuring free flow of information through some nodal points and if any bottleneck is identified or detected it has to be removed!
Communication gaps may lead to serious misunderstandings in an organisation.Hence one need to clear his points properly so that everyone understands what he is trying to communicate.Communication should be in an easy and simple language. Frequent meetings with colleagues and bosses may also help in filling the communication gap.
