What are the basic obstacles which one faces learning new language?

In learning a language the alphabet is main problem if it contains almost similar letters.

The problem starts with the pronunciation of the letters of the new languages properly, forming words and sentences but if one has total determination and will power in mastering the new language he or she surely comes over these obstacles and ends up in learning it properly....

Any language is easy to learn if you work hard.. But if you feel shyness while speaking it will make you difficult in communication....

There are two main problems namely Vocabulary and grammar while learning a new language.
