I want to know the best laptop configuration to buy. Please share some good configuration you know. Specify Processor, Company, HDD, RAM, Bluetooth, Webcam, DVD RW, etc.,
Try to specify laptops within the price range of Rs.25000 to Rs.30000

If you are interested in good configuration it will start from 35000 for some brand companies...I dont known whether RS.20000 budget suit the criteria good configuration..
However i think you can get in online stores like ebay,Futurebazaar etc...but it is risky..
My laptop configuration is also good but it exceed your budget..as i bought for Rs.37000
One and only suggestion, because I am computer geek....

1. it is not costly as others
2. It has many service center
3. It is giving many of accesories free
4. Quick service
5. You can use it as you want... (Indian Style)
compare to :
dell : it doesn't have any service center in india, it only has sales counter
samsung : service center is hardly available in many of cities
configuration depends on your needs. But it should never be LESS than this
Processor - core i3- bcoz modern programs and devices need more processing powers
Ram - 2GB+
Memory - at least 320GB - Because Laptop is nt smtn u plan to throw away soon right?
Do have a decent graphic card like ATI Raedon
The optical drive can be a DVD \RW
Do have e sata and HDMI ports that will surely help you in long run
All laptops come with a WiFi and bluetooth combined wireless capabilities
