How to easily make 100 characters while writing polls ?

I think now the minimum characters required for the description in polls is 100 characters. Today i came across a poll which showed the easy way to do that?Check the link below.

Trick is by using dots (...............) like this to fill characters?

I think some strict actions are the only solution for all such activities.Once I had shown an activity by myself to support team to prove this.

We should abide by the rules not only in letter but also in spirit. While it s for management team to see that there are no loopholes, itis for users to participate seriously and not play tricks.

The Description section is provided to help us explain the poll better. In most of the polls, the poll question is re-written in the description section also. What is the point in that ?
