According to me any type of these can create radition and harmful rays which can affect humans and nature too. But anything if used limitedly doesnt harm...
If people keep on using mobile phones unnecessary then they can be proned to many problems...where as using it for urgent needs can reduce the harm...
It is just my opinion ...not any research information
