I notice that the same polls are repeated sometimes . It may not be the poller's mistake as he may not view the list of available polls before posting a poll as there too many. But, if this is the case there is a high possibility that everyone would simply intentionally post existing polls and get away with it,don't you think?

One way to remove the repetitive poll is to disallow stale polls. For example Next President of U.S.A. is no more relevant. The polls could be also arranged alphabetwise for easy detection of repetition.
Please correct spelling in subject. 'Repeatition' is obviously incorrect.
