    windows 7 has proven to be worthy successor to its preecessors...

    but i changed to ubuntu recently...

    Did you try Beta version of Windows 8 ?

    I tried it and its very good on my laptop,but still hang in many computer and laptops. Not much compatible with the current specification.

    Windows 8 is good and yes, it may have certain features which requires upgradation og laptop configuration.

    Have not tried window 7 but would like to get one soon and try it out. Hope it has got a lot of new features in it.
