With the young team captained by Kohli, is playing at Zimbabwe, Bhubaneswar Kumar is rested for the series. He is the one who give us early wickets. Vinay Kumar had not performed to his potential. Should Mohit Sharma, the tall fast medium bowler, who impressed in his IPL stint at Chennai, be given a chance in this second ODI. My personal opinion is to give chance to Mohit Sharma, instead of Vinay Kumar. :woohoo:

@Srikanth.. Well, Right now all three bowlers are inexperienced. So it will be easy decision for Kohli to replace one bowler.

And also Indian bowlers didn't able to bold out whole team in previous couple of games. So bowling department is not doing that fine right now.

Don’t expect a stellar performance from the very first day from the freshers. It takes time.
That's true.. I am not expecting more too. But at least he should get a chance.. Not like just for visit to Zimbabve without having play and got dropped out in next big series..

If the newcomers fail to utilize the opportunity and take the things for granted, they suffer.. If one fails, now there are many promising players eagerly waiting for a chance to wear the Blues.By all means, newbies should rise up to the expectations of the selectors.
I think in third on day Vinay kumar need to get rest and give chance to Mohit sharma .

Very tough competition. I think after winning series chance should be given to Mohit.
Yes I agree that all the bowlers are inexperienced. But most of the captains wont change the winning combination. So I think Kohli will stick to Vinay, Shami and Unadkat for the third ODI .And either Vinay or Shami will make way for Mohit for the fourth ODI. And Raina/Rayudu will make way for Pujara/Rahane for the fourth ODI.
Actually such tours should be taken to experiment with your bench strength more than any thing else. You have no points to prove against team like Zimbabwe etc if it is not part of a big competition.

Captain is not the only person to decide the final composition of the team. Its a joint decision of Team manager, coach and captain. After gaining a lead in the series captain has to give chance to others who are in the team and yet to get a chance.
As I said earlier , the team was unchanged for the third ODi. Kohli will experiment with the team selection in the next two games.
Hmm.. well, if India will win today, then changes will surely come to next match.
Yes definitely India will win today and Pujara and Mohit Sharma should get one or two chances to play in the next two odis.

I dont think so. Already India is experimenting with new players only. No more changes can be expected.

I think now they can go ahead with further experiments with their bench strength. They should keep all payers ready for an emergency situation.
Suni.. Yes now is the best situation to try out new players. We have already won the series, so in next two matches they can experiments without any worries.

we are definitely going to see new faces who will be the debutants.

India has played all the 3 matches with the same team . Then how come they are experimenting with new faces ? Mohit , Pujara, Rahane and Rassol deserve atleast a chance. That too nothing better than this situation with India already clinching the series 3- 0.

Yes there are many new faces on the bench.. And surely they will get chance after winning the series.

That goes without saying. After winning the series any captain will come forward for experimentation with players who didn't get a chance.

In one of the ODIs Kohli should rest himself to give chance for others. Taking India's batting order into consideration, they cant rest anybody else other than Dhawan or Kohli. They must rest either of them in the next match and give Pujara / Rahane a chance. Jadeja/Mishra can be rested and Rasool can be given a chance and Mohit Sharma should play in the place of Vinay Kumar / Shami Ahmed.
