With the young team captained by Kohli, is playing at Zimbabwe, Bhubaneswar Kumar is rested for the series. He is the one who give us early wickets. Vinay Kumar had not performed to his potential. Should Mohit Sharma, the tall fast medium bowler, who impressed in his IPL stint at Chennai, be given a chance in this second ODI. My personal opinion is to give chance to Mohit Sharma, instead of Vinay Kumar. :woohoo:

I don't know about Vinay Kumar, but Mohit Sharma should surely get a chance. I mean he have performed well in last IPL. So this is the time where he can be try at international level. It would be good for India if new players can be try out in such kind of tours.
Both bowler is good but Mohit sharma should get chance because he did well in IPL matches and its to do experiments.

It is not fair to drop one player on the basis of performance in one match. Dhawan was also failed in first ODI.
With my limited knowledge about cricket I would prefer to Vinay Kumar over Mohit Sharma for Vinay's abilities to swing the ball at good pace. Especially so while they have taken an unwise step of resting a young bowler with match winning performances.
The Purpose and aim of this Zimbabwe tour is to discover the potential in the youth especially those who could not get ample chance to prove their mettle. In this respect, Mohit, despite having merit could not get as many chances as Vinay. So Mohit has to be given a chance.

Yes that's what I think too.. It is the series when all new players can be tasted.. Mohit has performed well in last IPL, so it is good chance to try him out at international level..
India should stick to the winning combination. Vinay should be given a couple of chances. He bowled well in the first spell of first match but failed to capitalise in the later stage.
Unfortunately Mohit Sharma is missing in this second ODI too today.. Let's see if he gets chance in next match or not.
Today Undakat doing good but Vinay kumar not able to perform good by bowl but he did good hitting by batting.

In third ODI kohli must be give chance to Mohit.
Hmm.. Undakat is doing fine.. Good to see new bowler doing well. Hope Mohit will get chance and will perform well too.
I am huge fan of Mohit Sharma. The way he has bowled in IPL, he looks to me very auspicious. He should get chance in 3rd ODI. I also want the Kashmiri boy, Parvez rasool to get chance in ODI and display his performance.
I think in third on day Vinay kumar need to get rest and give chance to Mohit sharma .

I think Mohit Sharma must be really good as everyone is recommending his name here for a place.

This is the time to make experiments on other members captain must give chance to others also to prove them selves.
I think zimbombay team is being stronger after playing with India. India is a lucky team for all other team but some times its unlucky for stronger side.
As I mentioned earlier, Zimbabwe tour is aimed at exposing new talents, who had less opportunities to prove themselves. And the aim of the tour has proved to be successful. Unadkat, a player who had less opportunities earlier, shone by taking 4 wickets. His last 2 wickets in the last over are simply superb in yesterday’s match.

That’s the motive behind this tour. Mohit and Vinay comparatively got a better exposure. With the success of Unadkat, India can confidently say that it has another team of youngsters equally good in par with the team that’s fully filled with seniors and stalwarts.
I think Kohli won't experiment too much with the selection in the next match. He wants to win the series 3-0 and he might experiment in the last 2 matches. Probably in tomorrow's match, Kohli might bring in Mohit Sharma in place of Vinay Kumar or Shami Ahmed.
