    Laughter, silence and love- all three are good till these are genuine. When you laugh with and not at others, it is best. silence is best when used for concentration of mind. Platonic love is best.

    Very nice quote,I would definitely go with the first and the last Laughter being the best medicine and love is always needed but silence can be sometimes dangerous in that people may misunderstand your intentions ,
