why bad spreads fast than good?

    What is bad? Really all pleasures of life are considered bad. Abstention from worldly pleasures is considered good. Obviously, nobody wants to be 'good'. So bad things prevail. Like bad currency, bad things also prevail. Just remember Gresham Law- Bad currency drives good out of circulation.

    bad spread fast because bad things attracts the people more than the good things. The attraction gives the eagerness to know about the bad things.

    I do not subscribe to this theory, I have found that people still love to see/hear or do good things more than bad. They love to be good, rather than bad so for me this is good things those spread faster. People with evil mind would only take interest in bad things.

    No one loves good so all will show interest on bad things to get fast result but it is not temporary for full time.

    There is a very fine line of distinction between bad and good.What is good for me may be bad for someone else .So, do we go ahead and do things which others may consider bad ? This is why an introspection becomes useful on all our actions and as long as we are satisfied that what we are doing is right,it is best to go right ahead without bothering about public opinion, which by the way is drawn based only on self interest !

    Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

    Om fact, people like others to do good. But they themselves would do what they like or what benefits them, good or bad.

    Do you yourself love bad things more than the good ones??? Also, it would not be proper to generalize that going for bad things only will achieve better results!

    It is definitely the case of oranges and lemons! :laugh: Some like lemons while others don't, some like oranges which others may not. It is totally an individual's point of view!
