I have never done it as I never got an opportunity. My husband did it before 2 months for the first time. I also want to do so. But hearing his words I almost fainted, as I have 'fear of blood'. :( :(

This is the first time I am hearing that donating blood is good for health. How is it beneficial to health????? It can of course save others life but good for health of the donor......?

I think if we donate blood, 2-3 times a week,then we won't weak.
Some people do think that donating blood,means our blood is taken out from our body,so we will become weak.

As in the article it tells that after every 8 days,blood can be donated. Didn't got its technical terms.
