It is never an easy task to manage and maintain relationships that matter to us, one has to work at it and also compromise to a certain extent !As long as we are alive and living we have certain responsibilities that we have to shoulder, and managing and maintaining inter personal relationships is one such important aspect of life !Even if you don't care for relationships, you acquire them when you are born into this world. You are a son, daughter ,brother, sister ,cousin etc etc...and keep acquiring more as you go along in life

Everyone is complaining about relationships......but still I don't know, who is actually maintaining it!!!! I can't find even a single person in this earth

There are various relations- family, official, business, social. Mostly, we maintain these owing to necessity or compulsion. we can not, in fact, live without maintaining relations. But this is generally opportunistic and does not arise from true love, affection or sincerity.

Is this not realistic? We need to have a view based on ground reality. Such approach will be true guide and save us from frustration when we expect better out of over optimism.

Jealousy and greediness are absolute reasons of ruining any strong relationship. :evil:
Many a times we see that it is the minor things that get blown out of proportion either because of ego or lack of communication , that leads to major misunderstandings and spoil relationships...that's why it is very important to watch our words and action even with close relatives and friends, never take anyone for granted !

I agree that it is not maintaining good relationships especially among relatives.However, we dont need to bend backwards to please others...as long as we give due respect to others things are bound to be alright.There are some who can never be pleased no matter what you do, and I feel that it is better to just ignore such people ...

Instead of compromising and adjusting, if we are able to communicate each other to rectify those mistakes, then the relationship is more stronger. Otherwise, it will break very soon or later.

Very true sunil,most people dont think beyond themselves and their families .I have seen with my own close relatives .Another point is that the more you ignore and try to keep aloof the more you are in demand :P

That is the reason I never give up easily, I simply go to the point where I feel my point is true and worthy. Although I never fail to accept my fault, if so.
