Actually the ego is the main reason that stops us sayin sorry. Unless people would not take out 'Aham Bhav' from their system this is not easy. Thinking that 'I am the ultimate' is root of all evil.

Saying sorry is not at all wrong thing, but now a days it became a fashion of saying sorry by willingly making mistakes and saying sorry. I feel instead of saying sorry it is better to rectify the mistake, if the mistake cannot be rectified then we should use sorry
Yes most people of this generation are too sorry to say sorry. They thin they would never commit mistakes therefore there is no reason to say sorry. They are too arrogant to feel sorry.
