swimming makes the brain sharp also because during swimming it increases the blood flow in the body and brain also.
swimming makes your body fit, best exercise and gives you pleasure. an exercise that relaxes you and you would like to make it your routine.
YEs, swimming is a good exericise for the body fit but swimming should not performed after the having food.if it is performed then that may lead to death also
