    ya i usually give advice to my friend when he or she need it and i also take advice from them when i need .

    When I feel that I am not competent to advise, I refuse and refer some other person. Also if I feel that other person is really not serious, I do not advise.

    Whenever some one ask me for advise. I give him as per his/her requirement. Some time i refuse when i found that he/she not good for my advise.
