    i agree with most of gulshan ji's thoughts..especially those about corruption..but calling anna's team corrupt without any facts backing it up is just not done..
    And i agree with swetha that gulshan ji shall start a movement..and i will truely support it.


    Deven I do not doubt anna's integrity and honesty. Congress spokes person has said so. I do not agree. Only, I feel that most of us are dishonest and mere Lok pal will not help. It is most important that we should not indulge in corruption and make complaint to vigilance authorities and other authorities. all those who support the anna movement are not honest.

    I repeat I believe anna is personally good and it is not right to arrest him and others. He has right for meeting and protest.

    Deven- Abid asked about cooperation before Anna was arrested. The arrest and not allowing fast and meeting is not good. even if we disagree with some one, he must be allowed to speak, hold meeting and protest peacefully.

    i mean how more coward can they get..anna's anshan was going to be totally non violent..i really wish i was 18 the last time elections were held..would have never voted for this government.

    This is not apt. The Delhi police dealt with team anna in Gandhian non violent way. The police did not even carry lathis. This is unique. Delhi police deserve all praise for their so gentle and unusual Gandhian conduct while dealing with dissident demonstrators.

    It is satisfying that finally an agreement is reached for alternate site for a fortnight for fast.

    But there must be an end. Team anna is not justified in carrying out the movement for Jan Lok Pal Bill. Parliament alone has authority to make law. A democracy is run constitutionally and through parliament and not by mobs. The mobs do not majority support. Continuance of the Hazare movement in spite of Lok Pal Bill having been presented to parliament is definitely meaningless, purposeless, irrational and mockery of parliamentary democracy. Those silently sitting in home and having genuine faith in parliamentary democracy far outnumber the activists mobbing the streets.
