It will certainly benefit every colony but in order to increase the participation of members in such programs,they need to do some interesting events like dance or drawing competetion of the children in the colony etc.

Sure! It has become all the more important in these days when accidents and disasters are on the rise!

Surely,in my point of view,taking permission from Government and through training for creating a disaster management team will help the colonies.
