What is the issue? It is not bad to have contact with anyone including police. It is only unfair to misuse this. If the hubby is misusing his influence against his wife, she may contact higher administrative and police officers and NGO for solving her problem.

The best course is to approach the court of jurisdiction. You can even think of moving the State Human Rights Commission too.
If this person is abusing someone with the help of police, then the best option is to approach your local Corporator and take his help. Otherwise, there are many women's rights activist groups that you can take help from. These groups not only are able to bring police to take correct action, but they also have their own lawyers to help you guide through the right procedures involved.

There are cases when the local police coming under the influence of the offender refuse to register a case and in these circumstances the best course is to knock the doors of S.P or D.M.Now courts too intervene and direct the police administration to book the offender.
even lawyer, police ,politician takes bribe so as per my view justice for poor & helpless now how to find is really hitting me

It's important to shed the negative mindset.I agree there are so many things not working in our favor but we have to make most of the avenues available!

It's not necessary to have influence to get the desired results all th time and I believe there are honest and conscientious officers who do respond helpfully!
Judiciary is corrupted. But all are not corrupted.Remember it and try for best.
