Anemia is the state in which either the body doesn’t have the minimum required number of red blood cells (RBCs), which vary with the sex and the geographical conditions of the place of residence, or the cells don’t have adequate quantity of iron-rich protein, i.e. hemoglobin which is responsible for the red color of your blood and facilitates the transport of 98% of oxygen from the lungs to the entire body. Whatever may be the case, but the result remains same i.e. Anemia.

There are different kinds of anemia, classified on the basis of the root cause, ranging from iron deficiency anemia to sickle cell anemia. Usually anemia of mild nature results from the diet lacking necessary vitamins, irons, and some major disease. Sorry Abid it is unhealthy diet which is miss-spelled..

I feel that due to increase in artificially grown crops though we take good diet with intake of all fruits and vegetables, still the required vitamins and proteins are not absorbed by body.

For example see the color of beetroot now-a-days it is browish in color which actually should be red.
