Earlier it used to be, " here are my proposals to cut the expenditure of the organization in a big way ( though the proposals are from the lowest level employee )

A selfish and inefficient boss will take the first opportunity to snub and suppress him.Because, he fears, one day he will be overtaken. This happened in my case. But I fought back. Higher management knew the facts and the boss was transferred to a nondescript place.

No good manager will do that, in fact good managers pick out the good ones from the lower lot and allot them work which they can do better than others and recommend such persons for next step.
