That is true, on a serious note no company can survive if it is not team work. We sit and discuss different strategies and work on them, on paper and in the field. Credit goes to team work and that feeling of successful completion of a project is wonderful for everyone involved.
The present buzz word in the field of management is "Team work." That's why you hear in the departmental meetings bosses saying. all credit to my team. Earlier it used to be, " here are my proposals to cut the expenditure of the organization in a big way ( though the proposals are from the lowest level employee )
