    Okay.. I got confused by reading 'U tube' instead of 'YouTube' :D ..

    Pay channels.. I wonder if anyone will go for it. I don't know about other countries but in India it will be hard to get viewers for youtube. I mean free is okay, but when you are paying for internet then paying extra for online channels it sounds little complicate.

    I don't think the paying concept of YouTube will work here. People are accessing free contents and video for free. This is a chance for other video sites to get into action as people will migrate from YouTube to other sites searching free resources. B)

    I think viewers from India mostly watch entertainment and music videos and If this concept is applied on these areas, then the popularity of Youtube will drop drastically in India.
