This is truly regrettable and more so when several members have expressed concern which has not been addressed! I don't know what's happening!

I think Maverick will announce soon the pending.May be he is busy.
Pending is from 19 th Nov to 4th December and now from 12th DEC to still now.

A word from Boddunan should have been there by now. As pointed out ealier that it's an unusual development.

Congrats to all winners who won this award.I got continues award with out break.

Hmmmm!! unbelievable, I personally could not agree with some of the DFAA on some particular dates especially the sixteenth one (friday). I think the one who is incharge of DFAA should be impartial as he or she is the supreme judge here but somehow I don't find it here happening. What can I do as a member of a site. I neither can urge the management of the site to look into the matter about the anomaly going on in this section of DFAA.

Any how, it might be that I am only the person dissatisfied with this matter. Moreover, I cannot go along working in a site which goes on with such anamolies and members hard work are not given due importance. Hence, I am opting myself out from all this. I hereby announce my RETIREMENT from DFAA and inturn from the site.

I would just like to add that this site has has provided me with a lot of happiness and in a way made me learn many things which I think I would never be able to repay in my life. I have always worked hard according to my level best in every section of this site and always thought that I shall be a part of it forever in my life. But now its time for me to part and make way for new members so that they could also be a part of this great site.


To conclude, I ask for my apologies if I have said or written something wrong but simply my principles and my ethics wont allow me to work along in a scenerio where there is no transperency in things and subjects especially in distribution of awards, like DFAA. Perhaps this is my last interaction with the members and management of the site...!

Why ajay you have taken such decision keep a PM to maverick and Ronark in how they decide this awards.

Dont take such stupidity decisions if you went means we all miss a valuable member.

Always things are not so smooth as one may desire. I feel that Ajay should be more patient and write his grievances in the category- Shout box. He could also write PM to Maverick giving in detail his grievances. Every issue is soluble ultimately. It is no use quitting. There is a likelihood of such issues at other sites also. Possibly other members may also be feeling as he does. If he initiates discussion in Shoutbox category, he will get comments by other members also. maverick may also look in the matter. I also request administration to see what is wrong and take corrective steps considering sentiments of ajay as these may also be shared by others.

Although I am happy and congratulate and thank but at the same time I must express my sadness at this turn of events! Ajay has a valid reason to feel aggrieved. I think the whole problem stems from the fact that announcements are made on an irregular basis.Though it's name daily announcments come after a week and these days I learn announcements for the last month are due! In a situation like this such random choice is bound to occur.

The problem is a serious one.Earlier there was an unwritten rule that one will not get it continuously.I think the moderators have to give direction on this.

I am not enemy of anyone here. I know that on 16th december,your post in forum are in greater number,but i would tell you check the post of sarala,before questioning on why didn't you get award on that day.
This same problem sarala was having. I am just announcing the winner,who does well here. Sarala has worked double than you on that day. I have no option and just gave that person,the award.
I am not announcing the results randomly. I knew my work and i know that whom to give the awards.
When i was a normal member,many times it also has happened to me that, on the day when i have put my best effort,aastha has not declared me the winner. You have to accept that some other person might have done some more good work then you,thats why he/she is the winner. I have just accept that and moved on. I have never questioned to anyone.

It is the grievance of the member that shared here.It is to be dealt by admin.

It is indeed sad and unfortunate that this kind of thing is happening here. I agree with Chinmoy that because of irregularities in declaring the DFAA, this could happen.

While I would very much like to congratulate the winners, I request you ajay, to please reconsider the decision. I understand your concern but please do leave here in such an awful state of mind, let me assure you that you are one of the most valued members here whose opinions are valued and respected.

I would also like to question the very basis of announcing the DFAA! As per my understanding, it is given to the person who ACTIVATES the forum and his/her posts encourage others to start and contribute to discussions. Sadly, it is now awarded mainly to those who post the maximum number of replies any given day!

No offense Ronark, but I would really like you to go through the posts once again and see if you can spot the difference. I am not at all doubting you in any manner, but I also must point out that ajay is the kind of person who will accept defeat gracefully and he would not never have spoken out unless he felt it was a genuine mistake. So please I request you to check through it again!

Ajay dont feel about this there must have some change in the dfaa announce.

I think what declared is declared.Nest time onwards take care on these.

Some time I also aspect my name on particular day as I know only my efforts on that day but may be one has done more work than me.
After all we should keep reliability to Admins .
